“Denver Animal Control is responsible for the enforcement of laws relating to animals in the City and County of Denver. Our mission statement includes the protection of the public and the animals of Denver. We endeavor to do this through education and communication with the public as well as through the enforcement of city ordinances.
Our code investigators prefer voluntary compliance and finding positive solutions over enforcement of the law.”
